Founded in 1988, Rosch have rosch
engineering grown to become one of the precision
turned parts leading suppliers of standard and
specialist parts to the end user. Since 1994, we have expanded our range to
include plastic, nylon and rubber products. We also screw
packagers specialise in pre-pack plastic
fixings fixings and assembly. The main aim of our
company is to reduce the burden our customers face from multi-sourcing products
from numerous suppliers. With the impressive range we have on offer, a single
source is readily available. We are currently producing kit bags with contents
ranging from 2 parts up to pre-pack fixings
and assembly 140 mixed parts per bag. We are not
limited to number of various products per kit so we can precision
turned parts accomodate virtually any packing request
rubber fixings recieved.
Light assembly work is another area we screw
packagers excell in. All of our products are packed
bolts nuts screws and washers utilising
self-seal polythene bags or heat plastic
fixings sealed plastic tube. We contract
packaging specialists carry extensive stocks rubber
fixings of all types of standard bolts, nuts, screws
and washers. Materials include steel, brass, stainless and nylon with sizes
ranging from M2 up to M30 diameter.
All fasteners can be supplied rosch engineering in the following finishes: Zinc, z/black, z/yellow, chrome, EB and nickel. We have a well known and long established reputation for supplying turned components manufactured on capstans, single plastic fixings and multi-spindle autos, CNC's and coil fed escomatics. A full range of second operation machines complements these. We can accomodate any turned parts up to 50mm diameter. Materials include: Brass, Aluminium, Copper, Nylon, Mild and Stainless Steels. Set-ups from plastic fixings 1 to 1 million off. Standard products include wall pre-pack fixings and assembly plugs, cover caps, screw caps, cable clips & ties, grommets, rubber fixings seals, hand knobs, spacers, push-in fixings, end caps, tube fixings etc. Also offered rubber fixings are self adhesive pads, adhesive sponge and adhesive precision turned parts cord clips in a variety of colours. This area of our business covers the following range: Compression Springs, Towel Rings in chrome or powder coat finish, Pressings & Laser Cut Products, Hand Wheels & Adjusters, Spring Steel Fasteners.
